In the middle of July the frenzy of the spring show season for properties to view comes to an end and the market has a cool period for a few months. As a very hot market for a Cool Moves buyer or seller they will make good progress behind the scenes of all the other people running off to mountains for a long summer of fishing off the dock to watch the kids water ski.
