Equal Housing Opportunity

Federal Fair Housing Act
The Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.) prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on:

- Disability
Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act
In addition to federal protections, Colorado law (C.R.S. §§ 24-34-501 et seq.) extends fair housing protections to additional classes, including:
- Ancestry
- Creed
- Marital status
- Source of income
