About the Neighborhood

Gladiola and Howell sit right in the heart of Arvada's Village of Five Parks, a walkable, tight-knit community tucked between Alkire and Indiana Streets in west Arvada. It's easy to see why so many families put down roots here.

A few things that make this pocket of Arvada special:

  • Actually walkable. Between the neighborhood's five parks, a community pool, fitness center, and the Depot community building, there's a reason to walk somewhere almost every day. A handful of restaurants and shops sit within walking distance too.
  • Room to breathe, without losing the city. Village of Five Parks has that small-town, front-porch feel, but it's still close enough to hop into Denver or up to Boulder in well under an hour, with quick access to Highway 93.
  • Mountain views, real trails. Front Range views are part of daily life here, and there are trails and open space nearby for anyone who likes to get outside.
  • A community that shows up for each other. Between HOA events, the neighborhood pool, and sales like this one, it's clear this is a place where neighbors actually know each other.

If you've been thinking about buying or selling in this part of Arvada, or you're just curious what your home might be worth in today's market, we'd love to help. Feel free to browse our other neighborhood guides and current listings, or reach out directly, we're always happy to talk shop (or swap garage sale finds).
